Temuan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) Inspektorat Aceh Barat sejak 2016 hingga 2025 di 312 gampong yang tersebar di 12 kecamatan, tercatat sebanyak 4.695 temuan, baik administrasi maupun keuangan. Sebanyak 1.570 temuan administrasi dan 3.089 temuan keuangan.

Persoalan utama yang dihadapi saat ini adalah rendahnya tindak lanjut atas hasil audit Inspektorat, ujar Inspektur Aceh Barat, Zakaria, Jumat, 13 Februari 2026.

Zakaria mengatakan persoalan dana desa kerap menjadi sorotan di berbagai media massa dan terjadi hampir di seluruh gampong dengan beragam bentuk permasalahan. Zakaria stated that the difference between the number of findings and the final total is due to the possibility of two recommendations in one finding: a recommendation for deposit or return of funds to the village account and an administrative recommendation regarding document completeness.

From the total of 4.659 recommendations spread across all districts, only 1.697 recommendations have been followed up, or approximately 36.42%, said Zakaria.

According to Zakaria, the low follow-up rate is caused by the lack of response from village officials in facilitating the resolution of auditor recommendations. Additionally, the lack of strict sanctions from the local government against village officials who ignore the follow-up recommendations of the auditor also poses a challenge.

Zakaria hopes that the Regent of West Aceh can implement the Regulation of the Regent (Perbup) Number 20 of 2022 regarding the Appointment and Dismissal of Keuchik, especially Article 58 paragraph 2 and paragraph 6, which regulate that Keuchik who do not follow up on the findings of the Inspectorate can be temporarily dismissed.
